What’s in a name?
Exceptional medical writers are those with a lot of vital expertise. The best medical writers have to be scientists first and foremost, but also artists too.
The name “Minola Scientific” comes from the famous conspiracy theory that at least part of Shakepeare’s famous works may have been written by Emilia Bassano. Legend has it that Bassano may have based the famous leading lady from Taming of the Screw—Kate Minola—off of the author’s own likeness. Hence, our wasp logo is modeled off of the famous line from Kate herself, “If I be waspish, best beware my sting.”
Like the Emilia Bassano of lore, the best medical writers write, not for the glory or credit, but for the opportunity to lend our expertise.
